The Secondary Wizards at Writers’ Guild understand the concerns of O Level students and have crafted an 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 to ensure that students know how to approach the diverse Oral Questions & Topics often tested during the O Level examinations. To ensure that Secondary 3 students get a 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, we will also be opening the class to Secondary 3 students!
Utilising our 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 to the Oral questions, our teachers will ensure that all students are able to walk away from our workshop with a new-found confidence for their Oral.
Our Workshop spans various topics from Environment & Sustainability to Social Media & Mental Health and will equip students with important nuggets of 𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, and even 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧! Our Secondary wizards will also share with them specific formats to respond to various oral question types be it Argumentative, Expository, Personal Recount, or even Descriptive!
With in-classroom teacher 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧-𝐭𝐡𝐞-𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, Our O Level Oral Workshop will definitely lead students to think deeply and speak boldly!
• Classes will only commence with a minimum enrolment of four students.
• Writers' Guild reserves the right to make all changes to the conduct of classes, including but not limited to, transferring, combining, dividing or dissolving a class, changing the teachers, rescheduling classes, and varying the manner in which classes are conducted, such variation to include the conducting of classes online (“Pure Online Classes”),
• There will be no replacement or make up sessions if students fail to attend the Workshop.

• Lesson fees are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, unless with submission of valid medical certificates or official letters from the school.
